Terms and Conditions
This private contract is made effective as of the date of a purchase made on the site by the site user (“User”) as indicated in the order form, between Health Saves Holistic Wellness (the “Owner”), located on the continent of North America in the geographic location known as Utah, a republic state, and the User, a private sentient being, child of God located on the land of earth.
Whereas both parties to this private contract are located outside the jurisdiction of the United States. The United States jurisdiction is defined in Art. I sec. 8 cl17 of the United States Constitution and does not expand into the location of the parties.
Whereas information will be disclosed to User for the purpose of facilitating operations of managing User’s private business affairs.
Whereas the Owner has requested, and the User agrees, that the User will protect the confidential material and information which may be disclosed between the Owner and the User. Therefore, the parties agree as follows:
- Under the Ninth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, the User retains the right to freedom of choice in health educational services. This includes the right to choose diet, and to obtain, purchase, and use any therapy, regimen, modality, remedy, or product recommended by the coach, doctor, or any practitioner of his/her choice. The enumeration in this declaration of these rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage other rights retained by User, or his/her right to amend this declaration at any time.
- None of the employees that work for Health Saves Holistic Wellness are medical doctors, neither do they prescribe or treat any disease.
- Products on the site should not be used to treat any disease or condition.
- User agrees to fully release and relinquish the right and/or the right of anyone on his/her behalf to prosecute and sue Health Saves Holistic Wellness and/or anyone associated with them for any and all reasons but especially in regards to their assistance, health consultations, emotional guidance, nutritional and herbal products, custom formulations and herbs.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days on physical products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email a receipt or proof of purchase to [email protected].
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
To return your product, send an email to [email protected] for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
